Do you make custom boots?

We do not take custom orders. We are concentrating on crafting premium made boots in small quantities. Our limited production of boots are fully handmade, bespoke-styled boots in small runs, meaning, that our boots have a average of 60 lemonwood pegs, hand-carved heel counters and toe boxes, as you would find on the finest custom boots. We have over 2,000 pair in our shop and would be happy to speak with you further regarding style, fit, and detailing.

What do you charge to ship boots?

We charge $30 to ship via UPS one pair of boots to the lower 48 contiguous states and starting at $90 to Alaska or Hawaii. Two pair shipped together to the same address (to the lower states) would cost $55. Also, no tax for out of Texas state shipments! Very important – sometimes there are restrictions state-by-state on exotic skins. Call us for rates on expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to almost any country. We ship USPS and can track the boots to our border. However, after that the customer would check with their own country to track. We have shipped to almost every country in Europe and other countries, like Australia and Japan. International shipping starts at $90 per pair. We cannot, however, ship exotic skins internationally. Any customs/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can! Once we speak with you and discuss sizing, we are pretty good at getting you the right fit. Just call us and you can have your boots within a few days. Our regular shipping method is UPS within the States. You can also order via email.

Why can't I purchase online?

Fit is everything with a western boot and we need to talk to you to determine the best size. If you have never worn a western boot we need to discuss with you what to expect. We just want you to be happy with your boots and this is the best way we know how.

Camel rough outs

Received the boots last night. Tried them on this morning and they felt great. I wore them to old people shuffleboard and won both games. No break in needed. Wear all day!! Nice young lady to deal with also.

Fit like a glove

I received my Clay Apache over the weekend and am very pleased with the styling and comfort of the Cuban heel. These are my first pair with this heel and they are great for walking in my opinion. I have several pairs of Heritage boots and look forward to breaking these bad boys in!

crocodile

I am trying to pass along my crocodile to a nice vintage store in hollywood because I have lived the shoes enough. but I had to go into an argument with this shop who offered me 19 dollars for it. it took me a lot of strength to walk out of there with my chin up.

Stops traffic

As I’m walking, I have actually had people stop their car, roll down the window and say “love your boots.”
The cream color exudes an effortless cool vibe. The indigo from jeans also lightly transfers to add another dimension. I actually own the roughout ranch hand with the mahogany heel. The walking heel and snip toe combo is perfect for all day comfort. Needless to say, I love my boots!
